The most common piece of manual work in any business is moving figures from one system into another. It is also the easiest to remove.
When your application takes money, creates invoices or tracks costs, that data has to reach the place your accountant works. Doing it by hand is slow, and worse, it introduces the kind of error nobody notices until a reconciliation fails at quarter end. We push the records across as they happen, with the identifiers needed to match them, and we surface what did not match rather than silently guessing.
Off until you need it. Turning it on is a toggle — not a project, not a rebuild. See how capability arrives as you grow.
Providers
Available means built and running in production today. On request means we will build it for your application — it is not pre-built, and we will not imply otherwise.
What you get
An invoice created in your application appears in the accounting system with the right contact, account codes and tax treatment.
When a payment lands, it is applied against the right invoice rather than sitting in a suspense account waiting for someone to work it out.
Customers and suppliers stay consistent across both systems, so you are not maintaining two versions of the same name and address.
Anything that will not match — a missing account code, a mismatched amount — is reported to a person instead of being quietly dropped.
Push each record as it happens, or batch nightly. Which is right depends on volume and on what your accountant prefers.
For example
Jobs completed today become invoices in Xero tonight, coded to the right account, with payments matched as they arrive.
Monthly revenue, refunds and failed payments all land in the accounting system, so the month-end close does not require an export and a spreadsheet.
The enterprise customer will not change ERP for you. The application writes into theirs, which is often the condition of the deal.
