These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement under which we build or run an application — that is a separate written contract, and nothing on this site replaces or overrides it.

What this site is

A description of a service. The pages here explain what we do, what is included, and what is on the roadmap. They are written to be accurate rather than flattering, but they are a description and not an offer capable of acceptance. A commitment between us exists when there is a signed agreement, and not before.

Roadmap statements

Anything on this site labelled Next or Later is not available today. We label those items deliberately so nothing has to be inferred. Do not plan around a roadmap item without confirming its status with us in writing.

Availability of this site

We try to keep this site up, and we monitor it. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Availability commitments for applications we operate are set out in the agreement covering that application.

Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• use it to distribute malicious code;
• scrape it in a way that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Security testing against this site is welcome if you tell us first, so we do not mistake your test for an attack. Write to contact@idea2production.io.

Content and marks

The text, design, logo and name on this site belong to us. You may quote and link to it — that is what it is for. You may not present it as your own or use our name and marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Third-party links

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.
